Brooks were invited to provide cost analysis with the architects at the planning stage and subsequently received the contract to construct over 50 new Dwellings. This site is nearing Completion for a long-standing client and works are under way on the fourth scheme witch we have been involved in consisting off over 100 dwellings in this popular Village and hope to start on site late in 2025 for a client we have built over 100 new dwellings over 18 years.
