Brooks Building Contractors was established in 1977 By Jason’s parents with the view to build large high end properties in Lincolnshire this was registered as R W & JR Brooks. Corporation took place in 2002 Brooks is a trading Name of R W & J R Brooks Ltd. The current directors Jason Brooks, Samuel Brooks, Deborah Brooks & Gemma Gordon manage the business with Sam & Gemma now the third generation of this Family business.

The company has developed over the years and now builds large luxury homes, small & larger housing developments, commercial projects and suppliers of labour for all aspects of the construction industry.

Brooks Building Contractors have a diverse array of private clients, including developers of small & large housing estates and commercial clients. We are currently building over 50 houses on The Green Development in Waltham as well as a number of private self-build projects around the Lincolnshire area
